PURPOSE OF THE AWARD
• To recognize outstanding Individuals and Organizations who embodies the standards for excellence and innovation in the field of arbitration, claims & disputes, contracts management, negotiation, mediation and engineering expert.
• To distinguish those who have made significant contributions that have influenced positive change over an extended period of time.
• To acknowledge those whose efforts have inspired and supported the performance and achievement of others.
NOMINATION REVIEW, SELECTION, AND NOTIFICATION
• The Steering Committee shall have the responsibility for managing the nomination, selection, and award process for the Individual and Organization categories.
• After the nomination deadline, the steering committee will begin their review and selection process.
• Incomplete nominations will not be considered by the Steering Committee.
• One (1) winner per category shall be selected for a single award.
• Any eligible individuals and organizations who embody the standards for excellence and innovation in the field of
arbitration, claims & disputes
, contracts management, negotiation, mediation and engineering expert
may be nominated more than once.
• The nominee or project must have a national or international impact.
• All nominations must be submitted online
• The decision will be made by the Steering Committee and will announce the award winners on the opening ceremony.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
• All nominations must include the following documentation in single pdf file, in English:
• Individuals Or Organizations or Association can Nominate themselves
• Nominee’s name, designation, address, phone number, mobile, LinkedIn link and email.
• Nominee’s project/ Projects name Including Brief ( 2000 word) , FACT sheet ( Project Data including cost , schedule performance index ), Photos (Concept - Construction - completion ), Project Outcome: Significant of the Project towards the stakeholders ( customer satisfaction letter or survey), Risk Register data, Risk Opportunities, Best practice framework, Methodology , Process, lessons learned, Contract type used, claims value, variation percentage from original scope, Productivity percentage, resources efficiency level. any other important data about the project.
• A narrative, not to exceed 500 words, in support of the nomination, addressing the following:
- why the nominee deserves to win the award
- aspects on how the nominee achieves excellence and innovation in the field of Expert witness, Arbitration in Projects in Engineering Sector
• Resume or Curriculum Vitae of nominee for individuals, Organization level Company Projects Profile
• List of three (3) references familiar with the nominee's achievements, including name, affiliation, title, address, phone number, and email. References may not work directly with the nominee.
• Nominee's (Organizations) to submit (Vision , Strategic Plans - Tangible Achievement in managing contracts , claim & Disputes - ROI- Methodologies and Framework)
• Individual can Submit their Publications ( Books, Journals, Articles, Committee's work Methodology & Process)
• Associations Can submit their Report from Activities, training, seminars, meetings, Committee work relate to Arbitration, Expert witness, Mediation, and ADR, also Fact sheet with number of cases registered and solved with value of disputes, number of experts & arbitrators registered with the Association , also Association role in advancement the ADR to the community .
AWARD FRAMEWORK
Award recipients shall receive:
• Award Trophy with engraved plaque (Awardee’s name and Award title)
• Award Certificate
• Recognition during the Opening Ceremony
• Award Logo to be used in all stationary
• Wide spread of media coverage
AWARDS SUBMISSION IMPORTANT DATES
• August 01, 2018, 9:00 AM: Awards submission site opens
• November 30, 2018, 5:00 PM: Awards submission site closes.
• December 01, 2018, 9:00 AM: Judging & Evaluation of the Awards.
• December 12, 2018: Winners will be announced in Opening Ceremony.
